theHUB, a creative workspace and music studio born in Ibiza, collaborates with Amsterdam’s iconic A’DAM Tower to create an ego-free workspace where members actually connect and create industry-changing work.
Rooted in the values of the music industry, theHUB - a nightclub-turned-workspace - is built on the belief that the right connections change everything. Home to some of the world’s leading DJs, journalists and tech founders, theHUB is an institution in Ibiza known for its Intentional Connection System™ (ICS) – a back-end operating system that unlike traditional workspaces, ensures members actually meet, align and collaborate.
Through curated connections, events and member platforms, the system guarantees collaboration and genuine creative chemistry.
A’DAM Tower, itself created by music industry pioneers, brings deep cultural roots and a landmark presence in Amsterdam. A’DAM Works spans four floors of the tower and already has a rich history of music, community and creativity. theHUB’s Intentional Connection System integrates seamlessly into this context, making industry-defining connections and experiences accessible and intentional.
This collaboration was a natural evolution. As A’DAM Tower reprogrammed several floors, it opened the door to reimagine the 18th floor - transforming the workspace into something even more powerful. theHUB introduced its full ecosystem.
The vision was to go beyond a surface-level partnership, and instead create an interchange - between two creative capitals, two communities, two philosophies. Ibiza taught theHUB the power of real community. Amsterdam shares those roots and amplifies them. Together, they form a space where people and ideas cross over, not only changing individual work, but workspace culture itself.
