The beginning of theHUB.

2012 – Origins as a Music Venue

Opened with the vision of creating a world-class music venue.

Gained immediate traction and strong ties to the music industry.

Hosted notable events with El Row, Carl Cox, and other global names.

Despite its success, faced regulatory challenges with the authorities and was eventually forced to close.

2017 - The Birth of The HUB

Sam and Kellie returned to the venue to propose a coworking concept.

Although the landlord declined investment, they were offered part of the building to rent.

In May 2017, The HUB officially opened with:

  • 2 private offices

  • 20 coworking desks

The model worked well and quickly gained traction.

2018 - Expansion

By January 2018, The HUB expanded to:

  • 8 private offices

  • Larger coworking space

2019 - HUB3 Launch

Another part of the building became available.

Launched HUB3, introducing:

  • Premium fixed desks

  • Additional private office space

2020 - The Pandemic Pivot

The restaurant occupying most of the building chose not to reopen.

The HUB subleased the remaining parts of the venue.

For the first time, “The HUB” name appeared above the front door.

Large open-plan spaces allowed safe gatherings post-lockdown, making The HUB one of the first places where people could reconnect.

Memberships expanded dramatically, attracting a broader financial bracket.

2021 - Music Studio Launch

Converted several offices and storage rooms into music studios.

Launched as a collaborative project between members and local artists.

2022-2024 - Growth Era

Steady expansion of membership and services.

Strengthened the community with hospitality, wellness, and cultural programming.

The HUB became recognized as more than coworking – a community hub for leaders and creators.

2025 - Scaling Beyond Ibiza

The HUB now has ~400 members, with most occupying private offices.

October 2025: Official launch of the first new destination at A’DAM Tower, Amsterdam – marking the beginning of multi-destination expansion.
