Position: Front of House Supervisor

Location: Ibiza, Spain

Contract: Full-Time, Year-Round (40 hours/week)

Salary: €1700/month + additional compensation for HUB events

Languages: English & Spanish proficiency required

About the Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of theHUB Ibiza, overseeing our Reception and Front of House operations. You’ll lead an enthusiastic team, handle member and guest inquiries, manage bookings for coworking spaces and events, and ensure seamless daily operations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and leadership will shape the experiences of our vibrant community of professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising a reception team, hospitality, or in a related field

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team

• Positive, problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage busy shifts while maintaining high service standards

• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish required

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the reception team, ensuring top-quality service for every member and guest.

• Oversee daily reception operations, including staff scheduling, member platform management, daily task coordination, and member relationship management.

• Collaborate closely with all operations teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and boost team morale, making theHUB an even better place to work and visit.
